Bristol postgrad and LICE frontman Alastair Shuttleworth has started an exciting new magazine, The Bristol Germ. It covers Bristol’s DIY music community, which Shuttleworth believes is ‘populated by a tight-knit but stylistically eclectic community of
musicians and makers’, but often ignored by the mainstream music press. The launch party takes place this Saturday (25/11/17) at the atmospheric The Loco Klub beneath The Passenger Shed in Temple Meads. Including performances by The Naturals, Scalping and Bad Tracking, it promises to be an iconic night that may well go down in history in the Bristol music scene. It’s also a chance to be among the first to get your hands on a copy of The Bristol Germ. Do not miss out.
